With over 20 years of experience in human resources, Tanya has worked across Canada, including Alberta, Quebec, and now Atlantic Canada, gaining deep insights into diverse work cultures and environments.

Starting in the private sector and transitioning to the academic sector after 15 years, Tanya has honed her expertise in organizational change, process and program improvement, and efficiency enhancement. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and a Master's in Business Administration, enabling her to lead with both empathy and strategic vision. Tanya has worked for global companies, collaborating with offices worldwide, which underscores her adaptability and leadership skills.

Driven by a passion for continuous improvement, Tanya founded ReVive HR Solutions to enhance employee experiences and help organizations thrive with innovative, simple, and integrity-driven HR solutions. Fluent in both French and English, Tanya brings a wealth of experience and a calm, insightful approach to every client engagement.

Tanya had a dream to start her own business, leading to the creation of ReVive HR Solutions, where she combines her professional expertise with her passion for making a lasting impact. This bold step into entrepreneurship follows her extensive career in global companies spanning the private and academic sectors, showcasing her commitment to innovation and excellence in HR solutions.

Outside of her professional life, Tanya is a wife, mom to a teenage daughter and Lola (the labradoodle). She enjoys playing the piano, cooking, reading and spending time outdoors on her patio during the summer. Having lived and worked in various regions across Canada, Tanya serves clients nationwide, blending her professional expertise with a commitment to making a lasting impact.
