Why coaching with Tanya?
Over the past 20 years, Tanya has navigated significant life changes, including relocating across provinces, climbing the corporate ladder, and starting her own business. Now, in midlife, she’s also facing the challenges of perimenopause. Realizing that stress and misalignment is the enemy of health and balance, Tanya embarked on a journey to better understand the foundations of hormonal health and a proper lifestyle. This led her to become an Integrated Health Practitioner, initially to help herself, and the journey was truly transformational.
Tanya’s coaching is rooted in her personal experiences and is designed to guide and empower other women like her. Her program is a unique blend of career guidance and self-care, focusing on helping women in the workforce prioritize themselves. Tanya learned firsthand that putting your career first at the expense of your health, family, and relationships is unsustainable. Hustling isn’t the answer—slowing down and finding balance is the new approach.
She wants to empower women to confidently ask for what they want and need in the workplace. Women face the added challenges of navigating pregnancies, perimenopause, and menopause, yet support systems in the workplace are often lacking. Tanya’s program addresses not only career but also self-care, acknowledging the cyclical nature of women’s lives.
Tanya doesn’t claim to be an expert—she’s still learning and figuring things out herself. While she has pursued a certification as an Integrated Health Practitioner, her approach is grounded in lived experience.
Tanya’s coaching brings awareness to the full spectrum of what we consume, from our social circles and media intake to food and alcohol. All these elements work together to either create a positive flow or resistance in our lives, affecting our overall well-being.
